Are you panicking because classes are starting soon and your textbooks aren’t here yet?
Not to worry! The library has you covered. We’ve got most of this semester’s textbooks on Reserve, which means they are always available to use in the library on a daily first-come, first-served basis. All you need is your ID number!
Stop by the Library (or LRC at any campus site) to see what we have. We can look up your books faster if you have the general course number (e.g. ART C101) and the instructor.
You can see which books are on reserve online by visiting the Library Catalog, clicking the Reserve Materials link under the Search tab, and then searching by course (e.g. ENGL C101) or instructor (e.g. Smith, John). You can also check out the Reserve Textbook list on the main Library Webpage under "What's New."
If we don't have a textbook you need, ask your instructor if they are willing to donate a copy to the library reserve collection, and don't hesitate to let us know you are interested! We can inform you if we are able to get a copy.
Happy studies and best of luck this semester!
