Summer is here and things are finally starting to heat up. If you need a cool place to chill out, it's also a great time to visit the IWV library in Ridgecrest for a quiet environment, a collection of books on local interest, and most importantly: air conditioning. It's certainly cheaper than a trip to the movie theater! (Pro Tip: Bring a sweater!)
We are also open to community members! We have free WiFi throughout each campus and adults may use our computer pods whenever we are open. (Printing is not currently available without a student account). Community members wishing to check out library materials should bring photo ID with proof of address. First checkouts are limited to one item, which must be returned prior to further lending.
If you aren't headed to the library anytime soon, don't despair! We also have an online collection of eBooks, encyclopedias and database articles. Take a breather and learn something new!
