The weather is warming, the pollen is proliferating, and this spring marks the 25th anniversary of April as National Poetry Month.

Whether you're a bit of a poet yourself or just an appreciative reader, join in the poetry celebration all over the country! For participation ideas, check out Poets.org's article on 30 Ways to Celebrate National Poetry Month at Home or Online, including:

1. Sign-up for Poem-a-Day and read a poem each morning.

5. Subscribe to the Poem-a-Day podcast.

6. Check out an e-book of poetry from your local library.

We are also available for curbside pickup, so you can browse the library catalog and request any circulating books you'd like to check out. We hope to see you soon!
